Sheffield Wednesday have reportedly closed a deal for their fourth summer signing.

Sheffield Wednesday have enjoyed a strong start to the summer transfer window under Danny Rohl, completing three permanent deals already.

Goalkeeper Ben Hamer and former Sheffield United full-back Max Lowe have joined on free transfers, whilst Rohl has reunited with former Southampton Yan Valery, who’s joined on a permanent deal from Ligue 1 Angers.

Sheffield Wednesday are expected to complete several more transfer deals during this summer’s transfer window, with some more deal potentially getting over the line in the very near future.

The Owls have been linked with some exciting potential signings including some more names from overseas.

Swedish midfielder Svante Ingelsson has been linked with a summer move to Hillsborough, and it now appears that he’s closing in on a permanent switch to S6, likely becoming Rohl’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
