White Sox Sign Juan Then to Minor-League DealThe Chicago White Sox have signed free agent right-handed pitcher Juan Then to a minor-league deal. He’s been assigned to Chicago’s Triple-A affiliate the Charlotte Knights.

Then made his MLB debut with the Seattle Mariners in 2023. The 24-year-old righty appeared in nine games with Seattle’s big-league club, striking out five and walking two hitters across 11 innings of work.

The young right-hander struggled in 36.1 innings of minor-league work in 2023, posting a combined 8.92 ERA for the Mariners’ Triple-A and Double-A affiliates.
