NBA legend Charles Barkley is excited for Super Bowl 58. After all, he just guaranteed that the San Francisco 49ers will win and beat the Kansas City Chiefs. But there’s one thing he isn’t too hyped up about the game: the ticket prices!
Put simply, the Super Bowl 58 tickets are CRAZY expensive. In fact, according to reports, the prices for tickets can range from $6,000 to $44,000. With that being said, it’s not really a surprise why a Super Bowl suite cost $2.5 million.
Upon hearing how much the tickets cost, Barkley couldn’t believe it himself. He didn’t hold back in expressing his disappointment over the price, noting that anyone who pays that much money for tickets is an “idiot”–regardless of how much money they got.
“I don’t give a damn how much money you got. If you pay $44,000 to go to the Super Bowl, you a damn fool and an idiot,” Barkley said, via NBA on TNT.
