Watford are among the Championship clubs that have been linked with a loan move for Manchester United winger Amad Diallo, but Hornets fan pundit Justin Beattie has serious doubts about whether the move could happen.
The Sun reported that Birmingham City and Watford are both lining up a summer loan move for the 21-year-old winger ahead of next season.
According to the report, Watford missed out on bringing Diallo to Vicarage Road on loan in January, and are now said to be planning a ‘serious summer move’.
It has even been suggested that Udinese – the Italian club owned by the same family as Watford – could even try to sign Diallo permanently this summer, and send him back to England, presumably Watford, on loan.
Watford don’t have the ambition for Diallo
Football League World’s Watford Fan Pundit Justin Beattie has serious doubts about the likelihood of a move for Diallo by Watford, suggesting the club lacks the ambition for that calibre of player.
