There are emerging reports suggesting that Marco Silva could be a contender to replace David Moyes at West Ham, with the current manager facing mounting pressure.
Should Moyes depart at the end of the season, sources indicate that West Ham might look to appoint a manager already in the Premier League.
Thomas Tuchel, set to leave Bayern Munich this summer, is reportedly one option being considered by the Hammers. Additionally, technical director Tim Steidten is said to hold admiration for Paulo Fonseca of Lille and Arne Slot of Feyenoord.

I have to say that this is one of the better suggestions I’ve heard. I have liked Silva since his time at Hull and he has certainly become a more tactically refined coach in recent years. His work with Fulham on a shoestring budget has been most impressive.
I’d take Silva over Tuchel and Fonseca any day of the week. Whilst the Munich manager might have a high profile, he appears to have the habit of falling out with those he works with. I’m also less than convinced by his CV, which doesn’t hold up to scrutiny in my opinion.
