West Ham United are now joining the race to sign Fulham central defender Tosin Adarabioyo at the end of the season.Everton v Fulham - Carabao Cup Quarter Final

It’s difficult for Fulham fans to enjoy Tosin Adarabioyo’s performances at the moment.

The giant centre back has been solid of late but he is out of contract at the end of the season.

There has been no indication of Adarabioyo signing a new deal and it looks like he will be leaving Craven Cottage on a free transfer.

There is plenty of speculation surrounding Adarabioyo’s future and it looks like a London rival is now showing a real interest…

West Ham United want Tosin Adarabioyo

Give Me Sport now claim that West Ham United have rekindled their interest in signing Adarabioyo.

It’s suggested that the Hammers prioritising a move for a new centre back this summer in an effort to bolster their back line.Everton v Fulham - Carabao Cup Quarter Final

Adarabioyo is seen as a bargain option for the Hammers thanks to his contract situation.

Technical director Tim Steidten is showing a real interest and could move for Adarabioyo despite doubts over the future of boss David Moyes.

90min reported back in December that West Ham wanted Adarabioyo for the January transfer window, so this latest update isn’t a huge surprise.

Hailed as a ‘special’ player by Fulham boss Marco Silva, Adarabioyo will have plenty to think about and we would hope that staying at Fulham is still an option for the defender.

Reports from Italy suggest that AC Milan are considering a move for Adarabioyo but haven’t yet advanced a move.

We have also seen Liverpool linked as The London Evening Standard suggested that the Reds are considering a bargain move.

Moving to Milan or Liverpool would be somewhat understandable, but seeing Adarabioyo leave Fulham for West Ham would be hard to swallow.

Yes, West Ham are eight points ahead of Fulham but this wouldn’t be a real top-end move for Adarabioyo and it’s unclear whether the defender would really fancy a move to the London Stadium.
