Okay Yokuslu who scored against the Terriers with a sublime strike was on eight yellow cards whilst centre-back duo Cedric Kipre and Kyle Bartley were on seven. No other players were even close to getting the ban, and now some of West Brom’s players won’t have to worry about missing any of their games in the run-in through suspension.
Last season Jayson Molumby had the most yellow cards for West Brom, picking up 10 in 43 games. Molumby also picked up 11 in the season prior and so has been West Brom’s worst disciplined player. He has only picked up four bookings this term and is unlikely to add to that tally having been ruled out for the remainder of the season having undergone surgery on his foot.
West Brom have Bristol City up next at The Hawthorn’s but will have to do without Andi Weimann. He is on a season-long loan from the Robins having joined in January, whilst Taylor Gardner-Hickman could be available after departing WBA on a permanent basis in the winter window.
