The former striker also memorably scored against the Yorkshire side in the 2009 League One play-off semi-final first leg at The Den before Jimmy Abdou finished off the job in the second leg.
Harris remains remains unbeaten in the four games since he returned to The Den and has registered wins over Southampton, Watford and Birmingham City.
Before the game, the 46-year-old head coach said: “I’ve represented the club in a lot of [these games], player and manager. They’re very enjoyable.
“This is going to be difficult as it’s ever been. It’s going to be as difficult as the Leeds team that were top of the league when we won there five years ago. As difficult as the Leeds team I was victorious against as a player in the play-offs.
“It’s going to be a tough challenge but we’re going to enjoy it. We are the underdog going into this game and that’s when we’re at our best.
“They’ve got an excellent home record this season and they’re there to be shot at and that’s what we’re going to do.”
