Collage Maker-29-Aug-2023-05-10-PM-121Leeds United are among a host of clubs in England keeping tabs on Karamoko Dembele after his impressive loan spell at Blackpool from French side Stade Brestois 29.

He initially came through the ranks at Celtic, but is now 21, and things didn’t really go to plan for Dembele with the Glasgow giants despite making a bright start to his youth career in Scotland.

He did make a breakthrough into the Celtic first-team and made ten appearances. However, he would then go on to join Brest in the summer of 2022, and he would make 15 Ligue 1 appearances during his first full season.

HITC has revealed that several sides in the top two tiers of English football are weighing up a move for Dembele this summer, including Daniel Farke’s Leeds team.

Under contract at French side Brest, Dembele has been a revelation on loan at Blackpool in England’s third tier. And his reward for a series of dazzling displays could be a move to the Premier League, Everton, West Ham United, Fulham, Brentford and Wolves all keeping tabs on a player who was linked with the likes of Chelsea before eventually leaving Celtic on a free transfer back in 2022.

Leicester City, Southampton and Leeds United – three clubs with Premier League ambitions – are also interested. As are a Middlesbrough side who are looking to bounce back from a disappointing campaign.”

Blackpool have one of the best home records in League One this season, picking up 38 points at Bloomfield Road out of their 60 points in total, and the playmaker of their team is Dembele, who has dazzled as an attacking-midfielder or right-winger this season.Collage Maker-29-Aug-2023-05-10-PM-121

The 21-year-old has become a real fans’ favourite among the Seasiders faithful and, with seven goals and 12 assists in 40 appearances in all competitions. Dembele is making a clear contribution to their play-off bid, with Blackpool ninth but just three points behind Oxford United in sixth.
