Football.London have revealed that a group of Tottenham fans will turn their back to the proceedings on 65 minutes during the clash against Luton Town on Saturday as a form of protest against the club’s decision to remove senior concessions for tickets.
Tottenham have decided to increase season ticket prices by an average of 6 per cent, with the decision not going down well with large swaths of the fan base.
Along with the price increase, the club have also removed the concessions for new senior season ticket holders aged 65 and above from the following season.
The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust have said that they are ‘dismayed’ by the club’s move, with many questioning why they felt the need to do that at a time when they are posting big profits.

Football.London have now revealed that Spurs fans will turn their back to the pitch in the 65th minute of Tottenham’s clash against Luton to express their displeasure at the decision to do away with concessions for those aged 65 and over.
A supporters movement called ‘Save our Seniors’ is encouraging all fans to do the same on Saturday as they feel the club is turning its back on its senior supporters.
