AMES – The spring transfer portal window closed last week, which means players on college rosters at the beginning of May should be playing for their current team come the fall.

Iowa State, like every other program in the country, saw attrition through the transfer portal this spring. But the Cyclones needed to see players leave the program to follow the 85-man scholarship limitation the NCAA has placed on FBS programs.

The Cyclones haven’t made any additions via the spring transfer portal as of Tuesday morning, but they are continuing to recruit players at positions of need in the spring transfer portal that would help bolster the program’s depth entering the 2024 season.

Here is a recap of Iowa State’s spring transfer portal headlines.
