In assenza di Dybala, la Roma riceve un sostegno da Abraham in vista della partita cruciale contro Atalanta, e José Mourinho annuncia tutto per la Roma.
Tammy Abraham is reportedly fit and available to start in Roma’s decisive upcoming Serie A clash with Atalanta, which some have dubbed a ‘play-off’ for the league’s fifth Champions League spot.
The England international has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign on the sidelines recovering from a cruciate ligament injury on the penultimate day of the previous season. He has made five Serie A appearances since his return, all but one of which have come from the substitutes’ bench.
As per Corriere dello Sport, Abraham had suffered a minor set-back due to a small muscular issue, but he has been training as usual with the team across this week.
It will be a boost for the Giallorossi, who are expected to be without Paulo Dybala for the trip to Bergamo. Reports on Sunday morning suggested that Tommaso Baldanzi could be in line for a start in his absence.
Leonardo Spinazzola is another who has not travelled. He is expected to be replaced by Angelino.
Corriere dello Sport also indicate that Reenato Sanches has suffered another injury problem, and that he will also not be with the matchday squad on Sunday.
