Coventry City’s recruitment plans are in full swing with owner Doug King insisting that the club are ‘on it’ ahead of the summer transfer window officially opening for business next month.
The Sky Blues are once again expected to cast their net far and wide with foreign markets a strong possibility, following in line with last season’s additions with USA international Haji Wright joining from Turkey, Japanese winger Tatsuhiro Sakamoto signing from Belgium, Milan van Ewijk from The Netherlands and Dane Victor Torp from Norway.
Mark Robins, meanwhile, dipped into the Championship to sign Jay Dasilva on a free from Bristol City, and the division below for Liam Kitching, Brad Collins and Bobby Thomas from League One Barnsley, albeit the latter having been on loan from Burnley.
