Coventry City can confirm further details regarding the Family Zone Terms and Conditions for 2024/25 and Ticket Exchange.
Adults must not sit in the Family Zone without being accompanied by a junior.
This area is to be used by families and therefore any lone adult(s) would not be allowed, under any circumstances, in this area without a junior.
If the junior can’t attend a game, but the adult still wants to attend, both tickets need to be listed on the new Ticket Exchange to allow access for other supporters to attend.
The adult/concession would then need to purchase a Match Ticket elsewhere in the Arena, via the Ticket Office if they still wish to attend the game. Fans who list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange would receive money off if they wish to buy a Match Ticket, equivalent to the pro-rata cost per game of their Season Ticket, for their use only – fans will be able to use receive money off up until 48 hours before kick-off.
Listing on the Ticket Exchange would be allowed up until 48 hours before kick-off, after which time it would not be possible to list tickets on the Ticket Exchange.
In an example of a family group, where a number of adults and juniors attend, fans would be able to list a minimum of 2 tickets on the Ticket Exchange.
It would not be possible to list an individual ticket on the Ticket Exchange – however if 1 junior in the party is not able to attend, the Club will use its discretion to understand these family circumstances. These instances will be monitored, and supporters will be contacted if a ticket is consistently remaining unused.
Required attendance for the 2024/25 season in the Family Zone will now be set at a minimum of 8 games out of 23 – if fans attend any less than that, then they will not be able to renew in this area in the 2025/26 season.
Also, as previously communicated, if fans do not place their ticket on the Ticket Exchange on more than three occasions when not attending, Season Tickets will be revoked for adults and concessions.
The Club will be monitoring the usage of all tickets in the Family Zone to ensure that the Family Zone area is used fairly.
