Arsenal defender Reuell Walters is attracting interest from some unnamed Championship clubs this summer, as detailed in a report by the Daily Record.
The right-back sees his contract expire at the end of the month and is due to become available for nothing as things stand. He is in talks with the Gunners about an extension but it remains to be seen whether he will sign it.
Walters, 19, has been linked with a switch to Premier League new boys Southampton, via Goztepe, ahead of next season in a report by Turkish news outlet Fotospor. The Saints are back in the top flight following their 1-0 win over Leeds United in the play-off final at Wembley after Adam Armstrong’s winner.
According to the Daily Record, Walters is on the radar of some anonymous second tier teams at the moment as he weighs up his future. Scottish Premiership giants Rangers are also keen as they look to pip rivals Celtic to the title next year.
