Both Daniel Farke’s Leeds and Steve Cooper’s Leicester want to boost their midfield options and they are both keen on Tottenham Hotspur’s Oliver Skipp.

He is an attractive target, but he is unlikely to leave Tottenham in this summer’s transfer window.

Skipp counts as a homegrown player for which Tottenham have a need for their Europa League campaign.

Surs need four homegrown players in their Europa League squad and Skipp fits the bill.

Skipp struggled for regular game time under Ange Postecoglou last season and is claimed to be open to a move.

Leeds and Leicester could suit the midfielder as he would be able to play more regularly.

Spurs though are unlikely to sanction a switch and it remains to be seen if their stance does unexpectedly change later this summer.
