Everton are considering a move for Almeria forward Largie Ramazani, according to TEAMtalk.
The news outlet reported online (7 August) that the Toffees are keen to sign a striker in the coming weeks, with Ramazani’s versatility appealing to the club.
The 23-year-old has just 12 months remaining on his contract with Almeria and has refused to sign an extension.
Therefore, the forward could be available for a relatively low fee, with Everton considering a move before the transfer deadline.
Everton to sign Almeria forward Largie Ramazani
This isn’t necessarily a signing which will ignite excitement among supporters at Goodison Park.
Ramazani scored just four times for a relatively poor Almeria side which were relegated from La Liga last season.
Therefore, the Belgium under-23 international, who is a product of Manchester United’s academy, isn’t exactly hot property in Europe right now.
However, he might be available for a relatively low fee and would add some much-needed depth in the forward areas for Sean Dyche.
