Tammy Abraham has been heavily linked with a move from Roma this summer and AC Milan are one of the concrete destinations. As per a report, the Rossoneri already have an agreement with the player despite heavy Premier League interest.
Alvaro Morata spoke at his presentation yesterday, joining from Atletico Madrid in a €13m move, but Milan could sign one more striker before the window closes. Abraham has been heavily linked with the club, but the negotiations with Roma are not simple.
According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Milan would like a loan with an option to buy to verify the striker’s physical condition. Roma, meanwhile, are somewhat open to this but want easy conditions for the option to turn into an obligation.
The clubs are still at the initial phase of the negotiations, also evaluating potential counterparts, but soon they should sit down and discuss the formula as well as figures. Having said that, there is also interest in the Premier League for Abraham.
Bournemouth, Everton and Leicester all have a concrete interest in the player and Roma would prefer the English solution, as they could get €30m for a permanent move. However, Abraham ‘strongly wants Milan’ and is pushing for the move.
