Joachim Andersen has now officially left Crystal Palace for Craven Cottage.
Just three days after Crystal Palace agreed a £30m fee with Fulham for the sale of Joachim Andersen.
The Danish international has departed for the other side of London, returning to the club he spent a year on loan.
The key reasoning behind his move is Andersen will get a huge pay rise at Fulham, figures which the Crystal Palace have previously refused him.
Now, Andersen has sent a farewell message to fans on his Instagram, with his teammates responding.

After the deal taking him to Craven Cottage was announced, Andersen took to Instagram to send a message to fans and also his teammates.
“Dear @cpfc
“When I first came to Crystal Palace, it was with humility and respect for the history of the club and the fantastic fans. After three years at Selhurst Park I can honestly say that my respect and humility has only grown. I’ve had a fantastic time at the club and enjoyed every bit of it.
“Now it’s time for a new chapter. I will miss everyone within the club and the amazing fans!
“The next time we meet, it will therefore be as competitors. But still with my greatest respect. Thanks for everything. Thank you to the fans, players, coaches and managers at Crystal Palace. I wish everyone the best.”
In the comments underneath this message, Andersen’s teammates have been responding with Adam Wharton among them.
Wharton commented with a heart emoji, while he also took to his own Instagram story writing: “All the best @JoachimAndersen3”.
Odsonne Edouard also commented simply, adding two heart emojis.
