Dan Bardell believes Everton must give their fans some positivity in their clash against Leicester City who will be confident of their chances.
The Toffees will be looking ahead to their clash at the King Power that they need to take something after a winless start to the Premier League.
The feeling around the club has only got worse with consecutive games where Sean Dyche’s side have thrown away a 2-0 lead.
Sky Sports and talkSPORT journalist Bardell believes the Foxes will be confident but Everton have to take something from the game in the East Midlands.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Bardell said: “It’s a really big game. Leicester have impressed me this season.
“I think they’ve looked good and picked up some positive results, they’ll see it as a good chance to beat Everton.
“Everton have had some good periods in games, being 2-0 up in their last two games but they always look like conceding goals.
“It’s a huge game, they can’t afford another loss and even if you offered them a point to come away with something they would probably be a positive.
“Everton fans need to see something to know that their club has something positive going on.“
Everton must take something against Leicester City
The Toffees have struggled all season long and a game against a potential relegation candidate feels like an opportunity to secure some much-needed points.
There has been a general lack of positivity around the club with Tim Iroegbunam and Iliman Ndiaye being bring sparks in the squad.
Dyche has come under plenty of pressure and has been criticised for performances and style of play which are yet to result in a win.
An away trip to the King Power feels like a game that could dramatically effect Everton’s season if they don’t get anything.
