It is no secret that Palace have had a difficult start to the 2024/25 campaign. Despite the heroics of Dean Henderson against Man United last weekend, the capital side was one of six sides in the Premier League not to taste victory going into the match.

Travelling to Goodison Park, there was an expectation that this run would finally come to an end as they faced a Toffees side on a dreadful run.

However, despite Marc Guehi’s early goal to put the visitors in front, Dwight McNeil netted a second-half brace to ultimately condemn Oliver Glasner’s side to a defeat.

Now, Sky Sports pundit Clinton Morrison has highlighted why Palace are in such a poor run of form.

As Palace’s poor start to the season continues, there are plenty of areas in dire need of improvement.

One of the biggest weaknesses so far has easily been their front line. In their first six games, Palace have only been able to muster five goals.

At the time of writing, only Ipswich and Southampton have a worse record, with the two promoted sides playing a game less.
