The road to success in the NFL is never without its challenges. We’ve faced adversity, but we’ve also made tremendous progress. From the development of young players like Dak Prescott, to the performance of our defense and special teams, there have been numerous moments that show the direction we’re heading in. Our playoff appearances, our consistency in the regular season, and the resilience of our team have all highlighted that we’re on the right path.

But I’m not satisfied with just being good. I’m here because I believe that the Cowboys are a championship-caliber team, and I have the experience, leadership, and vision to guide us to that ultimate goal. I am a winner. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to be part of teams that have succeeded at the highest levels, including winning a Super Bowl with the Green Bay Packers. I know what it takes to get there, and I’m fully committed to bringing that same winning mentality and work ethic to this team.

I understand the stakes. The Cowboys’ fan base is one of the most passionate and loyal in the world. The expectations are high, and that’s exactly what I want. I thrive in an environment where excellence is the standard, and the pressure to succeed is not something I shy away from—it’s something I embrace.
