Derby County will be looking to get back to winning ways when they host Exeter City in League One on Tuesday night.Shrewsbury Town v Derby County - Sky Bet League One

The Rams are coming off the back of a humiliating 1-0 defeat at Shrewsbury Town on Saturday afternoon, with Conor Hourihane putting the ball in the back of his own net being the difference at the Crowd Stadium.

In the aftermath of the game, manager Paul Warne received plenty of backlash from Derby supporters, with goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith pleading to the fans to stay positive and stick with the team.

With his job status under pressure from the Derby faithful, Warne has to get three points tonight and out in a good performance. He won’t be wanting to get this one wrong.

Currently Derby County have a few players out on the sidelines, including the likes of Tyreece John-Jules still on the sidelines.

Callum Elder and Joe Ward have returned to training following recoveries from a hernia and a knee injury respectively, although neither were in the match day squad on Saturday.

This could be in a bid to get them fully fit ahead of this double game week for Derby, so we could potentially see them both coming in for Craig Forsyth at left back and Ryan Nyambe at right back.Shrewsbury Town v Derby County - Sky Bet League One

Warne has spoken about wanting his players to create more chances, with a lack of ability upfront being one of Derby’s main problem areas this season.

So it will be interesting to see if he makes any changes from Saturday in a bid to change that.

Here’s how we think Derby could line up against Exeter on Tuesday evening.
