Leeds United forward Joel Piroe says Daniel Farke is doing his best to temper promotion expectations at Elland Road this season. The Whites have made an impressive start to the campaign, currently sitting in third place in the Championship, eight points behind the top two Leicester City and Ipswich Town.

The Foxes and the Tractorboys are level on points at the top of the table, but the Whites have already beaten both of the early pace setters so far this season. It was a tough start to life back in the second tier for Leeds United, following a mass exodus in the summer.

Since the end of the summer transfer window, Leeds have been one of the in form sides in the division. Piroe has made an impressive start to life at Elland Road, with six goals in 13 Championship games for the Whites.
