At this point in the 2023 NFL season, it seems as though the Philadelphia Eagles are the team to beat, with Jalen Hurts and company sporting an NFL-best record of 10-1 while being one of the most resilient teams in the league every single week.

Last week, the Eagles made a statement by taking everything that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills could throw at them and still coming out on top in overtime in order to crack double-digit wins on the season.

The impressive overtime win over the Bills showed this team’s resiliency, which might be the team’s best attribute moving forward and the reason they might reach the Super Bowl for a second straight season.

Things will get even tougher for Philadelphia in Week 13, as they play host to the visiting San Francisco 49ers, who will be looking for some revenge from their loss in the NFC Championship Game last year.

The 49ers will have a tall task ahead of them with former NFL player turned analyst Greg Olsen explaining why it’s so difficult to contain the Philadelphia offense via NFL on FOX Podcast.

“They are a pass-first team. They almost play the game backwards.  They are gonna throw the ball early and often in possession,” Olsen said

Fortunately for San Francisco, the 49ers have the defense that might be able to give the Eagles offense a run for its money on Sunday in Philadelphia.

Nick Bosa and company will be doing everything in their power to stop the passing game as well as the ground attack in order to give San Francisco a shot at beating the defending NFC champions on their home field.
