Titans rookie quarterback Will Levis was carted to the training room in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans due to a foot injury. The Titans have listed him as questionable to return.

Levis’ injury occurred during a sack by Jerry Hughes, who not only took him down but also stripped the ball from Levis’ hand. The fumble was then returned 13 yards for a touchdown by Sheldon Rankins, extending the Texans’ lead to 17-0 with 10:02 left in the second quarter.

This marks the second time in three weeks that Levis has suffered an injury against the Texans. He previously injured his ankle on the final play of the December 17th game against the Texans, causing him to miss last week’s game against the Seahawks.
