Man In The Middle | Simon Mather to take Charge of Wrexham Tie

Simon Mather will be the referee for this afternoon’s clash with Wrexham at Rodney Parade (Saturday, 20 January).

Mather’s most recent involvement was as fourth official in Everton’s 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in the Emirates FA Cup, third round replay at Goodison Park.

His last game as Referee came in early (6th) Janaury for Cheltenham’s 2-1 over Portsmouth, where he distributed nine yellow cards.

The last time Mather officiated the Exiles was last season’s 3-1 victory over Doncaster Rovers where seven cards were shown.

His officiating team will consist of Sam Ogles (Assistant), Stuart Kane (Assistant) and the dedicated fourth official, Kevin Morris.
