Dark clouds are emerging over the London Stadium as pressure mounts on David Moyes at West Ham United.

It has even left a certain Thierry Henry shocked after he watched his Arsenal team sleepwalk to a 6-0 win in East London a fortnight ago.
The legendary striker admitted that he thought Mikel Arteta’s side would find life ‘very difficult’ against West Ham after their two wins, in the League Cup and the Premier League, against the very same opponent this season.
But, in the end, the Hammers were slapped into the distance and Thierry Henry says that was ‘more surprising’, as he told CBS Sports on Paramount+ (20/02/24 at 10:50 pm).
It’s probably not a case of being surprised by Arsenal picking up the points, but just how they managed to dispatch David Moyes’ men.
What rubbed salt into the West Ham wounds was their former captain Declan Rice, not just supplying two assists, but bagging himself a goal.

“I wasn’t so much surprised with the result against Burnley,” said Henry about Arsenal’s 5-0 win at Turf Moor. “I am not having a go at Burnley.
“I was more surprised with the win at West Ham, especially with the way they played us. They knocked us out of the Carabao Cup They beat us at home, so I thought that was going to be a very difficult game, but we went on to go there and win 6-0.”
