The latest Leicester City team news as Enzo Maresca’s side gear up to face Bournemouth in the FA Cup tonight.

Leicester City come into tonight’s FA Cup clash with Bournemouth looking to pull off an impressive scalp against Premier League opposition. They’ll need to bounce back from consecutive defeats to do so though, losing to Middlesbrough and Leeds United in the Championship.

Despite their back-to-back losses, the Foxes remain top of the Championship table, though the gap to the chasing pack is now six points.

The Cherries meanwhile played out a close game with Manchester City last time out, only losing 1-0 through a Phil Foden rebound.

Speaking to the media prior to the game, Leicester City boss Maresca confirmed changes are due to be made. They’re unforced ones though, with the Italian instead set to take the opportunity to rotate the ranks and give opportunities to different players.

One player who is a doubt though is winger Kasey McAteer. He featured off the bench in the defeat to Leeds United but seems to have picked up an issue.

He joins striker Jamie Vardy and midfielder Wilfred Ndidi on the sidelines.

It can be hard to predict just how a team will line up when wholesale changes are expected. Eight alterations are made in our predicted XI, but Maresca could look to switch things up even more for the Bournemouth tie.

Jakub Stolarczyk has started both of Leicester City’s FA Cup games so far, so expect him to take the spot in goal. In front of him, limited options at full-back could see James Justin retain his place in the side while Callum Doyle plays left-back, with Conor Coady and youngster Ben Nelson in the middle.

Hamza Choudhury could move into a more natural midfield role with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall also retaining his place.

Dennis Praet seems a likely candidate for a start, as do Yunus Akgun and Tom Cannon. Marc Albrighton could also make a rare start.
