Liam Rosenior believes Leicester City are better than last season’s runaway Championship winners Burnley.
The Hull City head coach has the task of stopping Enzo Maresca’s Foxes when the sides face off at the MKM Stadium on Saturday.
They will do so with Rosenior profoundly frustrated by dropping points in a 1-1 draw with Birmingham City on Tuesday night and with counterpart Maresca relieved to see his team snap a three-game losing run at Sunderland in midweek.
Indeed the Foxes’ recent downturn has seen their lead over second-placed Ipswich Town cut to just three points and their advantage on the chasing pack down to five.

However, speaking ahead of the game Rosenior insists Maresca has built a side better than the one Vincent Kompany put together en route to 101 points, ten clear of Sheffield United – and the 2022/23 league title.
