Erik ten Hag has been offered the chance to right the wrongs of Manchester United’s 2022 summer transfer window by striking a deal for Mohammed Kudus. The winger has since joined West Ham and taken to life in the Premier League

Arsenal and Chelsea were both linked with the playmaker prior to his West Ham move, though United had the opportunity to secure the signature of the 23-year-old before their rivals. The Red Devils looked at Kudus as a potential target after appointing Ten Hag as manager, but they agreed with their new boss to target Antony instead.
The Brazil international has endured a torrid time since the £85m switch, failing to make an impact when offered regular opportunities and thus falling down the pecking order at Old Trafford in recent months. A move elsewhere could therefore be on the cards for Antony this summer, and United could attempt to land Kudus as his replacement thanks to Harry Maguire.
