The Premier League has committed to replying to the Everton Fan Advisory Board (FAB) after a delay in receiving their original letter, according to the supporters’ organisation.
The FAB posted the responses on Twitter (29 March) received from both Farhad Moshiri and Josh Wander after writing to both earlier in the week, but explained the lack of a reply from the Premier League was down to technical issues hindering the original letter being sent.
The Premier League has still yet to rule on 777 Partners’ proposed takeover a full 28 weeks after a deal was agreed with Moshiri, and have been in opposition to the club on two profit and sustainability charges resulting in one points deduction and potential second still to come.
The FAB wrote: “We have received responses to 2 of the 3 letters we sent on Monday. Our letter to the PL was delayed due to technical issues on our side.
“The PL has committed to replying next week. We will comment on all 3 responses more fully once we have received and digested them all.”
Premier League response on Everton situations incoming
In light of the chaos that the club has been repeatedly thrown into with regards to spending breaches this season the level of trust in Richard Masters and his office isn’t exactly sky high among Evertonians.
