Patson Daka celebrates after scoring Leicester City's third goal, this time from the penalty spot, against Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium.Enzo Maresca has named an unchanged Leicester City side to take on Birmingham with Patson Daka and Callum Doyle keeping their places in the team.

After a 3-1 victory over in-form Norwich on Monday, and an excellent performance to boot, City boss Maresca has opted to stick with the same 11 for the visit of the relegation-battling Blues. That means it’s another start up front for Daka.

Jamie Vardy would have been under consideration with the club’s top scorer refreshed eight days on from his last start, at Bristol City, but for now it’s the Zambian who leads the line. He will be looking for his first goal in seven games for the club.

Meanwhile, Doyle keeps his place at left-back. Maresca would have opted for James Justin if he felt he needed greater speed in the backline to deal with Birmingham’s threats, but Doyle’s ability on the ball keeps him in the 11.Patson Daka celebrates after scoring Leicester City's third goal, this time from the penalty spot, against Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium.

The bench is also unchanged for City. Ben Nelson and Tom Cannon are now fit, but neither make it onto the bench. Justin and Conor Coady are the defensive options in reserve for Maresca, with Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho alternatives up front.

City (4-3-3): Hermansen; Ricardo, Faes, Vestergaard, Doyle; Winks, Ndidi, Dewsbury-Hall; Fatawu, Daka, Mavididi. Subs: Stolarczyk, Coady, Justin, Choudhury, Praet, Yunus, Marcal, Iheanacho, Vardy.
