Leeds United see bid for FC Koln’s Dejan Ljubicic rejected

Recently, Daniel Farke’s Leeds United put forth a bid of around £3.4 million for FC Koln’s Dejan Ljubicic – however, the Bundesliga outfit rejected their offer, according to a report from German outlet BILD.

The Whites are looking to replace Glen Kamara in the defensive midfielder role and had identified Ljubicic as a suitable candidate for this. An Austrian international who was part of their squad at Euro 2024, he made 26 league appearances last season and racked up two assists along the way.

Middlesbrough and Sunderland to compete for HJK Helsinki winger Topi Keskinen

North east rivals Middlesbrough and Sunderland are set to go head to head in the transfer market, as they both reportedly have an interest in HJK Helsinki ace Topi Keskinen. Previously, Blackburn Rovers had also been linked with a move for the player.
