Sources told Football Insider on Tuesday (24 September) that O’Neil will face intense sack pressure at Wolves if the Midlands club’s results don’t improve.

O’Neil, who joined on the eve of the start of the 2023-24 campaign, led Wolves to a 14th-place finish last term following huge player sales.

They are next in action against Man City, Brentford and Liverpool in the top flight.
