The Czech stopper and his Blue wall kept another clean sheet on the road last night as Town returned from Bristol City with a 1-0 win.
Hladky made several key saves in the game as Town moved nine points clear of third-placed Leeds United with a game in hand.
The Blues really had to dig deep in the face of Robins pressure late on, with Hladky saying it proves the team can get stuck in when required.

“100%,” he enthused. “The most important thing is to keep a clean sheet, and then we’ve got the quality to score every game.
“We spoke before the game and said we have to keep a clean sheet and that’s given us a great platform to win the game.”
The clean sheet was only preserved by last-ditch heroics by Brandon Williams, who hurled himself at a ball which had beaten Hladky and clipped the post, clearing it off the line before it rolled into the net.
“Yeah, I thought it (the clean sheet) had gone, the toughest one of the game,” Hladky admitted.
“But listen, sometimes everyone has to dig in and that’s part of our job defensively. Sometimes it’s not just me, it’s all of our defence and we did it very well today.”
Once again the value of Town’s deep squad was on show too, with five subs coming on and helping see out the game, while Kayden Jackson started in place of the injured Wes Burns and ran his socks off.
“It’s a great advantage for us,” Hladky explained. “We’ve got a squad of 25 players and no matter who you pick they always have a massive impact.
“That gives us a huge opportunity to be strong in the last 25 minutes.
“That’s brilliant and a credit to the lads. We are all prepared well and always looking for the chance.”
Town’s latest win makes it an incredible ten out of their first 12 matches, with Kieran McKenna’s men looking very well-placed to mount a serious run at back-to-back promotions.

Asked if he was excited by the league table, Hladky replied: “I don’t watch the league table!
“Listen, we know we keep winning so we are somewhere up there, but we are just enjoying this and want to carry on.”
Next up is Plymouth, the team who beat Town to the League One title last season, at Portman Road on Saturday.
“Another one,” Hladky said of the Pilgrims’ test. “It’s not a cliché, we are going game by game and we just want to win again.
“That’s the simple message. We will prepare ourselves for the next one.”
