I was exasperated by the narrow margins of a fantastic ace.

The moment that mattered came just before the half-hour mark, with Liam Cullen’s excellent curled finish proving to be the match-winning moment between the sides.

Rovers had opportunities of their own, with substitute Harry Leonard firing wide and then seeing his header go straight at Carl Rushworth in the final moments of the contest.

“We made it easy for Swansea to get momentum and were sloppy on the ball. Those things happen when you concede a goal, especially with a young team.

“We had 20 minutes where we weren’t good enough and was a bit shaky.PSI_CG_Blackburn_Rovers_Swansea_City_28October23_015.JPG

“We didn’t put the ball in the net and that was probably the difference between the teams
