Enzo Maresca names out three Leeds United players who Leicester City should be aware of.

Enzo Maresca says Leicester City must be wary of Leeds United trio Crysencio Summerville, Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto.

Maresca was speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of Leeds’ trip to the King Power Stadium on Friday, where he was asked about the threats Daniel Farke’s side will pose.

Leeds enter the match already 14 points adrift of the Foxes at the top of the table, who have picked up 39 points from a possible 42 available in what has been a record breaking start.

However, Leeds have began to hit some decent form of their own in recent weeks, winning four of their last five matches, with their attacking talent really starting to come through.

Crysencio Summerville has been at the heart of most of that with five goals and three assists in October, while Dan James is now also starting to really show his worth in Leeds’ side.

Speaking on where Leicester have to be ‘careful’ on Friday, Maresca says Summerville, Dan James and Willy Gnonto’s pace are the big threats his side need to cope with.

He said: “We know they are good in transition, but they are not only good in transition. Summerville, James, Gnonto, they are very quick, we need to be careful. More than ever, we need many passes before we attack. If we attack quick, they will attack quick. We don’t want that.”
