Dolly Parton‘s younger sister, Stella, has come to her sibling’s defence after the 77-year-old faced criticism for her raunchy outfit at the Washington Commanders game.
The country music icon looked sensational as she took to the stage in a tiny blue crop top paired with a star print white waistcoat and bedazzled shorts last Thursday.
But not everyone was a fan of her style choice, with one person taking to X, formerly known as Twitter to write: ‘Who in the heck gave Dolly Parton that outfit?’
The country crooner has yet to speak out, but her little sister could no longer remain silent about the backlash.
On Sunday, singer and songwriter Stella, 74, tweeted: ‘I personally thought my big sister Dolly was cute as hell in her Dallas Cowboys cheerleading costume at the half time show on Thanksgiving.’
