Leicester points deduction may increase with 'foolish' error - Stefan BorsonIt will be “foolish” of Leicester City if they do not cooperate with the Premier League over their PSR breach as it could save them an additional three points.

That is the view of finance expert Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider that Nottingham Forest’s case revealed that cooperation and early admission can be worth two or three points.

Leicester were charged in March with a breach of the Profit and Sustainability Rules after posting losses of £90million in their 2022-23 accounts.

The Daily Mail report that Leicester’s case could now continue beyond the start of the season.

However, Borson explained that it is in the club’s best interests to cooperate and settle the case early as they could take three points off the final verdict.
