Daniel Farke has a big task on his hands reinstating some faith that the fans are quickly losing following developments at the start of the season.

Of course, what happens in the first two weeks of the season does not dictate what will follow but a winless start, six conceded, and multiple star players leaving hasn’t exactly brought confidence for the Elland Road faithful.

Farke spoke to the press on Thursday largely around one topic: Georginio Rutter’s looming move to Brighton for a £40million.

However, he did provide team news for the upcoming Hawthorns visit, in which it was a positive update all round with only one setback to note.

Max Wöber is a doubt for the match with a calf issue, having played for the first time this season in midweek against Middlesbrough.

Here, we look at the lineup we predict the lineup Farke names for the clash against the Baggies…

Leeds United predicted XI v West Brom

A standard 4-2-3-1 is sure to be used again by Farke, but the loss of more players such as Rutter does suggest that a 3-4-2-1 could be viable for this group of players, getting more out of those remaining.

In goal will remain Illan Meslier as first choice, but he’s already done his solid starting berth a disservice with how he conceded the first goal of the new season, a shot he should have dealt with much better.
