After the Johnson transaction, Tottenham may still add more players to their list.

After Brennan Johnson, Tottenham Hotspur may bring in further players this summer, but it all relies on a crucial variable, Sky Sports writer Michael Bridge told GIVEMESPORT.

The team of Ange Postecoglou has had a fruitful transfer window, and tonight evening could see the signing of additional players.

Transfer rumors for Tottenham Hotspur

Even though it meant losing talisman Harry Kane, one of the most busy clubs during the summer transfer window, Postecoglou will be content with the deal he was able to complete. James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, Guglielmo Vicario, and Manor Solomon are among the players who have signed with the north Londoners thanks to deals negotiated by the Greek-Australian.

Brennan Johnson, a product of the Nottingham Forest academy, is reportedly close to joining Tottenham, so it appears that they will remain busy until the very end of the summer transfer season. The Welsh international was scheduled for a medical at Spurs, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, who earlier this afternoon told GIVEMESPORT. It is anticipated that his move would be finalized before the deadline of 11 p.m. There are rumors that Spurs may even move forward with deals for additional summer targets if circumstances align between now and this evening.

What has Michael Bridge stated regarding the activities of Tottenham Hotspur on the deadline day?

When GIVEMESPORT questioned Sky Sports reporter Bridge about the latest about Spurs’ deadline-day shenanigans, Bridge said the 2008 League Cup champions were still scouting the market for potential recruits.

On the current state of play in north London, Bridge revealed: “In terms of any other incomings for Tottenham, it all depends on outgoings right now.

“There is interest in Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher but as it stands that’s looking very unlikely for a number of reasons. The main reason being Spurs are unable to shift Tanguy Ndombele or Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

“There’s interest from Fulham in Hojbjerg, but he’s currently not interested. However, there is still interest from Atletico Madrid with a potential loan move, so more on that later on.”

What’s coming up today for Tottenham Hotspur?

Although it’s a huge if, it’s claimed Tottenham will approve a deal for Chelsea’s Gallagher should they decide to offload their undesirable players.

According to GIVEMESPORT, if Spurs are given the go-ahead to make a move, they will present Chelsea with a £40 million offer that they have already prepared.

Then, in order to make room in the Tottenham squad, Spurs might let players like Hojbjerg and Ndombele to go out on a last-minute loan.
