Iraola had stated prior to the 0-0 tie with Chelsea that the Cherries’ next three opponents, the Blues, Brighton, and Arsenal, all played possession-based football.
When asked how his charges performed against a side eager to hold possession, Iraola remarked, “Even if they had more time on the ball, they were not having the ball in dangerous areas, especially.”
