Birmingham City are one of the favourites for the 2024/25 League One title and with good reason.

Blues have been busy in the transfer market this summer and by the admission of their head coach Chris Davies, they are by no means finished. Birmingham have explored foreign markets whilst also signing the best of British, with signings arriving from their league rivals and Scotland.

All seven of their signings have had transfer fees paid for with Willum Willumsson and Christoph Klarer the latest arrivals. Bolton Wanderers, Barnsley and Peterborough United meanwhile competed in the play-offs last term, and then you’ve got teams like Blackpool and Charlton Athletic who like Birmingham, once dined at the top table of English football.
